Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a
highly strategic and innovative Director of Marketing & Experiences
to lead the marketing initiatives for the Auburn Complex. This
leadership role requires a deep understanding of digital and
traditional marketing channels, with a focus on driving brand
awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal
candidate will possess functional knowledge in SEO, social media
marketing, multichannel marketing, and analytics, and will oversee
the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies
across various platforms. This position offers an exciting
opportunity to shape the company's market presence and influence
overall business success. Duties Develop and implement integrated
marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including SEO,
content marketing, digital marketing, public relations and
performance marketing. Lead and work with 3rd party vendors on
multi-channel campaigns utilizing social media platforms such as
Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing to
maximize reach and engagement. Oversee advertising sales
initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to generate leads
through print advertising, online campaigns, and product
management. Manage marketing automation tools and analyze campaign
performance using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to
optimize ROI. Create compelling content for various channels
including websites (WordPress), HTML-based landing pages, blogs,
and print materials. Conduct market research to identify trends,
customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic
decisions. Supervise the design team utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
(take out) for branding materials, advertisements, and digital
content. Coordinate with vendors on e-commerce strategies to
enhance online sales channels. Manage budgets for marketing
campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all
initiatives. Lead efforts in B2B marketing initiatives to expand
corporate partnerships and client base. Monitor industry
developments in digital advertising sales, copywriting best
practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the
forefront of marketing innovation. Conceptualize, develop, and
execute signature guest experiences, activations, and seasonal
programming across The Laurel Hotel & Spa, Hey Day Market, and
Walt's on the Roof Develop and manage the annual experiences and
events calendar Create immersive, story-driven programming designed
to elevate the guest journey and strengthen brand identity Ensure
all experiential offerings align with luxury service standards and
brand storytelling Requirements Proven experience in digital
marketing roles with functional knowledge in SEO, social media
marketing, multichannel campaigns, and analytics tools Demonstrated
functional knowledge in advertising sales, performance marketing,
content creation, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook
Advertising, and print advertising. Proficiency with Adobe Creative
Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress (including HTML editing),
and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Solid understanding of
marketing automation platforms and tools for campaign management.
Excellent research skills combined with copywriting abilities to
craft compelling messaging across channels. Experience in product
management and budgeting for large-scale marketing projects.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions
that improve campaign performance. Exceptional leadership skills
with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration or related field; This role is ideal for a visionary
leader passionate about leveraging innovative marketing techniques
to elevate brand presence while driving measurable results across
multiple channels.
