    What You'll Do
    • Data enters information into the HID/Client database. Corrects errors, if needed.
    • Answers incoming calls and assist callers with questions, researches issues, explains denials and resolves issues.
    • Document caller's questions, issues, and resolution.
    • Performs monitoring tasks of the HID/Client database. Notifies management of errors and/or problems.
    • Identify/ process inbound faxes.
    • Review/ correct "failed" faxes.
    • Process requests for information (RFIs) for client accounts.
    • Filing of paperwork, as required.
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
    • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
    • Meet and/or exceed production, quality, attendance and adherence standards. 2. Provide / assist with training of other employees
      What You'll Need

      Required Qualifications
      • Education: Minimum - High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
      • Preferred - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/ university (desired, not required).
      • Preferred - One (1) year of retail pharmacy and/or customer contact work experience (desired, not required).
      • Must have a reliable high speed internet connection in home office.
        Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
        • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
        • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
        • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
        • Good keyboarding skills.
        • Good attention to detail.
        • Good problem-solving skills.
        • Excellent customer service skills.
        • Ability to work on multiple items at one time and meet deadlines
