Interns partner with passionate team members and mentors to help improve customer experiences through our digital services and information management technologies. Working as a Digital Solutions Sales Development Intern you will support building sales revenue pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization. In this role you will partner with account teams on account strategy and leverage internal resources to assist in building new customer connections. Throughout your experience you will have the opportunity to participate in industry led training and gain exposure to cutting edge software and business technology designed to aid digital transformation and process automation. Students who successfully complete the program may be eligible to join Ricoh in a full-time position. * Learn Ricoh key systems (Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems) * Learn and execute relevant prospecting philosophies and technologies L * earn and execute key software capabilities and value to customers * Learn and execute live software demos and proposals * Work with the account team interfacing with client to understand how Ricoh can meet current and future needs * Participate in account reviews and planning sessions with Ricoh account team * Collaborate with the account team to provide relevant insights and feedback that will inform and enhance offerings * Assist the account team in building positive relationships with the customer to expand understanding of Ricoh's capabilities * Under the direction of the account team and Marketing leadership share preapproved posts on social media about Ricoh employment opportunities and trends in services sales * Create awareness of Ricoh services through creative campaigns, events, and engagements with target audiences * Develop an awareness and working knowledge of services and technologies that may address business challenges * Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Junior or Senior preferred Preferred majors include Computer Science, Graphic Communications, Business (Marketing, Professional Selling) * Student's cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Previous experience creating project plans, meeting deadlines, and working in a team environment required * Previous experience in on campus leadership roles preferred Students are to successfully pass all required screenings prior to hire EEO/Affirmative Action Employer -- M/F/Disability/VeteranEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
