Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven success in a sales role required. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. AL insurance licenses preferred, required within 30 days of being hired.
