Technologist Generalist License in Florida Medical Lab Technologist
certification Associates degree of science 3 years minimum of
experience in a moderate complex lab Phlebotomy experience
Interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Be a part of starting up a
lab Plusses: Bachelors of science (non nurising) Patient facing
experience Day-to-Day: Organize weekly operational cycles Prepare
binders and schedules Operate laboratory equipment and conduct
testing Maintain technical expertise and perform specimen
collection, processing, and related clerical tasks across various
lab sections Keep performance records in accordance with laboratory
policies and procedures, as well as the SOP manual
