This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into numbers, supporting financial operations, and keeping everything organized and accurate. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership, handling transactional and reconciliatory tasks while supporting a wide range of accounting functions. What You’ll Do: Provide day-to-day accounting support including reconciliations, reporting, and data management Assist with month-end processes, accruals, prepaids, and financial statement preparation Work across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information Manage and manipulate large data sets to support financial analysis and reporting What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 2 years of hands-on accounting experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Bonus Points: Experience with project accounting A passion for continuous learning and process improvement Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Interested in hearing more?
