skilled HVAC professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is
looking for a passionate instructor to lead our HVAC course. This
class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for
students eager to join the mechanical trades. Position: HVAC
Instructor What Youll Do: Teach HVAC fundamentals including
electrical, refrigeration, troubleshooting, and safety Provide
structured but engaging instruction, including labs and real-life
examples Partner with MCTI staff to ensure students stay on track
to graduate job-ready What Were Looking For: 3 years in the HVAC
field (residential or commercial) Great communicator who enjoys
mentoring Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for
beginners Passion for developing talent and giving back to the
trade
