Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
to support a K-12 educational setting in Troy, TX. This contract
role spans the current school year with a flexible schedule
averaging 20 hours per week over 2-3 days, serving Early Education
through 12th-grade students. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech
and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 90 students,
with support from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant handling
the majority of direct therapy. Supervise and collaborate
effectively with SLPAs to ensure quality care and adherence to
therapeutic goals. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored
to the diverse communication needs across early education to high
school levels. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress
reports in alignment with district and state guidelines.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student success. Qualifications and Requirements: Masters
degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Valid
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) issued in Texas. Proven ability to supervise
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants. Experience working in school
settings preferred. Compensation and Benefits:This role offers a
competitive pay rate ranging from $48 to $54 per hour, commensurate
with experience and fit. Weekly pay is provided along with
